Author Readings
Ado Fig offers author readings for schools where authors read specific excerpts from their books and answer questions from students, staff and parents.
These readings offer aspiring authors a unique engagement with working professionals; allowing them to ask the questions that will inspire your students to become the creative artists they dream of.
Author readings are rated at 600.00 USD per school with a minimum ten schools.

School licensing
Ado Fig offers schools licensing and training to use the strategies contained within the R. Equation through out the academic year.
School licensing is rated at 6400.00 USD per academic year and enables a district to have one member of each school to be licensed as a Resilience Instructor.

Individual licensing
Individual licensing is a program that Ado Fig offers to qualified individuals interested in becoming Resilience Equation instructors. The program consists of a two to five day one on one workshop where the student and Author of the R. Equation, Luis Adolfo Figueroa meet to discuss the R. Equation and a systematic approach to coaching clientele on the ideology of coaching and how to properly offer instruction on the methodology of the R. Equation.
Pre requisites to applying for the R. Equation include a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Communications & other qualifying humanity degrees.
